- Refunds
- Plyero operates on a no-refunds policy. Once a payment has been made for a subscription, it is considered final and non-refundable.
- Cancellations
- Customers may request to cancel their subscription at any time; however, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the subscription renewal date.
- How to Cancel
- Cancellation requests can be submitted through your Plyero account settings or by contacting our customer support team at namaste@plyero.com.
- Once your cancellation request is processed, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
