At Plyero, we aim to deliver exceptional value and transparency to our customers. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

  1. Refunds
    • Plyero operates on a no-refunds policy. Once a payment has been made for a subscription, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  2. Cancellations
    • Customers may request to cancel their subscription at any time; however, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the subscription renewal date.
  3. How to Cancel
    • Cancellation requests can be submitted through your Plyero account settings or by contacting our customer support team at namaste@plyero.com.
    • Once your cancellation request is processed, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
  4. Exceptional Cases
    • While our policy does not accommodate refunds, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team for any concerns. We are committed to finding a resolution to ensure your satisfaction.
